Source from reviewed suppliers
We seek inventory from U.S.-based liquidators, distributors and other commercial sources we can evaluate.

Require documentary support
For branded goods, we require a supplier invoice and seek written authenticity confirmation, origin records, chain-of-custody documents or certificates when available.

Respect channel restrictions
If a supplier or brand limits where an item may be sold, we list it only on an eligible channel. Products restricted to Whatnot or export will not be offered through LoopShop or other domestic marketplaces.

- Supplier invoice retained for each sourced lot
- Written authenticity confirmation requested for branded merchandise
- Origin, chain-of-custody or certificate records reviewed when available
- Supplier and brand sales-channel restrictions honored
Documentation varies by product and source. A supplier invoice or authenticity statement supports traceability, but is not the same as brand authorization. AshLoop will not claim to be an authorized retailer unless that status is expressly documented.
